While the fundamental principles (account setup, mapping client journey, designing workflows, automation best practices) apply to almost any business, Q&A for your specific business model and situations will be answered strategically to help you move forward. Plus, Week 5 will offer hot-seat Q&A specifically for personalizing to your unique challenges. While there are occasional situations that may not fit the specific abilities of 17hats, I’m always very honest with my clients how 17hats can work, if there are workaround and different options to consider, and then strategizing on how to best move forward.
